Privacy policy

Plain language, on purpose. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with your information. Last updated 2026-07-23.

What we collect

We collect the contact information you give us — name, email, phone number — and records of the orders, domains, and hosting plans on your account. If you join the waitlist or submit a migration request, we keep the details you entered so we can follow up. We don’t collect more than we need to run your account and support you.

You always own your domain

You are the registrant of record on every domain you register or transfer through FullStead, from day one. We never register a domain in our own name on your behalf, and we never hold it hostage. Transferring your domain to another provider is always allowed.

Renewal reminders & price changes

We’ll email you before any domain renewal — roughly a month ahead, again about a week ahead, and again if it lapses. If the renewal price has changed since you registered, we’ll always tell you the new price before charging you anything.

Refunds

Domain purchases can be refunded before the domain is actually registered with the registry. Once registration completes, that step generally can’t be reversed by anyone, including us, so refunds apply before that point only. Hosting subscriptions can be cancelled any time going forward.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your information. We don’t run invasive third-party advertising trackers on this site. We only share what’s necessary with the vendors that make your domain and hosting actually work — our registrar, our payment processor, and our hosting infrastructure.
